DRY VAN
A dry van is a standard trailer that does not require refrigeration or temperature control and is designed to carry freight that can be secured within the trailer, packed in boxes or loaded on pallets.
Our 53’ air-ride dry vans can handle both full loads as well as LTL trucking shipments.
Dry van shipping is the most common form of freight transportation across Canada and the United States, because of their versatility, dry vans are ideal for shipping all forms of goods and equipment, as long as the loads meet size and weight limitations.
FTL Dry Van Shipping
Full Truckloads are usually the only shipment on the trailer and are delivered on the same trailer that picked up.
FTL shipments are larger than 15,000 lbs and less than 45,000 lbs, which prices are based upon a rate per mile with a minimum charge per load.
Location and destination will determine the rate per mile due to different freight concentrations across Canada or into the United States.
LTL Dry Van Shipping
We offer competitive LTL freight rates, whether your load is 500 lbs or 24,000 lbs. Less than truck load shipments are available at prices well below that of a FTL, offering you significant cost savings.
The main advantage to shipping an LTL load is it allows multiple, partial shipments, to share the cargo space in a trailer, saving everyone money.
